Welcome All..
As many of you know I adore using the Wheel of the Year as a way to navigate each spin around the sun. I find noting the shifts, changes and emotional beats that the solar year brings is a great way to live rhythmically with nature and ourselves.. With that I'd LOVE to invite you to Celebratory Cycles. Join me on select Friday evenings throughout 2024 that align closely with the date of the celebration. Perhaps you'd like to know more about the Equinoxes or Solstices, or the pause moments that fill the space in-between. Each date will centre a celebration: Imbolc - The Gaelic celebration of the coming of Spring. Spring Equinox - The Spring day of equal daylight & nightlight. Beltane - The burning fire to welcome Summer. Summer Solstice - The bright abundance of Midsummer. Lammas - The first moments of the harvest. Autumn Equinox - The Autumn day of equal daylight & nightlight. Samhain - The night to connect to the beyond & etherial. Winter Solstice - The darkest, shorter day before the light returns. These classes will encompass soulful movement, subtle stillness, music, song, community, conversation and a gift to reconnect you to the cycle of nature's beauty. All practitioners are welcome to this class, even if you've never done Yoga before. |

Where?Our practice will take place at the beautifully light and spacious Bursledon Community Centre.
Parking is directly outside the building and free. Please allow time to park mindfully. |
What to Bring..Once booked you'll get a conformation email with directions & parking information. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class start time.
