Through this 2 hour Workshop we will explore Yoga using the Anusara approach.
Connecting our daily lives to the lessons we learn on the yoga mat and begin to find the happiness in the everyday.
I am a firm believer in Yoga being the key to everlasting happiness.
Yoga teaches us to constantly learn, look at things from a different perspective, push past our boundaries and asses what truly makes us happy.
Anusara Yoga has a more emotional connection to the movement we perform with our bodies and instead of it just doing us good physically we also benefit mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
My journey through Yoga has evolved over my 12 years of practice and allowed me to absorb and learn many teachings that I have found vital in the pursuit of happiness.
I wish to share these with you in hope that they can leave you feeling happier, lighter and more at peace.
We will move through various asana (postures), harness the power of the breath (pranayama) and use meditation and relaxation techniques to end.
Booking is essential as spaces are limited to 12.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time.
Yoga mats & props are provided.
Wear comfortable layered clothing.
Payment method: Bank Transfer to LG Yoga.
Payment is needed in full before the Yoga Workshop date.
