Aerial Yoga

Welcome flying yogi's,

Aerial Yoga is an incredible blend of yoga and aerial skills work. It offers you a chance to go further with your practice, whether you go further with a stretch or strengthening sequence or if you just love to relax off the floor it's worth a try!

I offer three different classes:
Those with very little experience; Beginners Aerial.
Those looking to progress; Aerial Yoga Flow (good for those with a regular yoga practice or experience with dance, gymnastics or aerial work before)
Those looking to relax; Restorative Aerial - class geared more towards relaxation and the fabric holding heavy a tight areas of the body.

Each class varies in its style and poses but will always encompass breathing, simple warm up movements, followed by lifting ourselves off the ground and maybe a few inversions.
In the Aerial Flow class expect to be off the floor a little more.
We then enjoy an elevated savasana, where we let the silky material hold us up while we float and relax.
