Joine me for a 2 hour exploration of the Anatomy & Science of Aerial Yoga and how it works so well to bring a sense of full body, mind and mood joy!
We'll cover the main areas of the body that Aerial Yoga helps the most in decompressing, lengthening and strengthening.
What will I need?
~ A Yoga Mat or 2 (if you like extra cushioning)
~ A notebook & pen
~ A Blanket

Good to know..
Do I need to be a Yoga Teacher? No, but a basic understanding of the bodies anatomy is helpful.
Do I need to have done Aerial before? Ideally yes - however if you're a fitness teacher you may come.
Is this a Training?
No, this is a precursor to the training and is good to get a strong base.
